Caring Touch

To add a team layout to this page, visit the Team folder in the section library. There are seven designed options available:

1. Basic Team Layouts (4 options) – Display a photo, name, title, and (if needed) a call-to-action such as email or phone number. Do not include bios in these layouts.
2. Team Layouts with Bios (2 options) – Display a photo, name, title, and a short bio. You may also include a call-to-action (email, phone, or social icons). If no image is provided, the layout can still be used without one.
3. Standalone Profile (1 option) – A full page dedicated to a single team member (e.g., doctor, lawyer) with one long bio.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Tameka R. is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Caring Touch, a client-centered agency dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to individuals in the comfort of their homes. With more than 20 years of human services experience and a strong commitment to improving quality of life, Tameka has built Caring Touch on the principles of dignity, reliability, and personalized support. 

Under her leadership, the agency has developed a reputation for excellence in non-medical and supportive care services, while also fostering strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations to ensure continuity of care. 

Tameka brings a passion for service, leadership, and innovation in the home healthcare space, continuously working to expand access to care and enhance outcomes for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families in need.

Maurice W.

Chief Operating Officer

Maurice W. serves as Chief Operating Officer of Caring Touch, where he leads day-to-day operations, strategic growth initiatives, and service delivery excellence. With a strong background in healthcare management and community-based services, Maurice is dedicated to ensuring high-quality, client-centered care across all programs.

He plays a key role in building partnerships, optimizing internal processes, and supporting staff development to enhance outcomes for clients and families. Known for his leadership, integrity, and commitment to compassionate care, Maurice is instrumental in advancing Caring Touch’s mission to improve lives through reliable and personalized home healthcare services. 

Steffany M.

Office Administrator

"Caring for others has always been something close to my heart. I believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for in the comfort of their own home. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where clients feel at ease, and families feel confident in the care their loved one is receiving.” 

Steffany brings over five years of experience in home care administration with Caring Touch, providing her with a strong understanding of both client needs and the importance of dependable, high-quality care. She is also certified as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and trained in CPR and Bloodborne Pathogen (BBP) safety, ensuring that the care she delivers is not only compassionate but also safe and professional. 

Steffany takes the time to get to know each individual beyond their care needs—their routines, preferences, and what brings them comfort. Whether assisting with daily tasks, preparing favorite meals, offering companionship, or simply being present to listen, Steffany approaches every interaction with patience and kindness. 

Understanding the importance of trust when entering a client’s home, she remains deeply committed to being dependable, attentive, and communicative throughout the entire care journey. Families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are in capable and compassionate hands. 

To Steffany, this work is more than a profession—it is a calling rooted in compassion, dignity, and the belief that everyone deserves to be cared for as family. 

Lyric Barnes

Director of Marketing & Engagement

Lyric Barnes serves as the Director of Marketing & Engagement for Caring Touch, where he leads with both strategy and heart. With a background in Business Administration, he brings a strong foundation in business development, brand growth, and community-centered marketing—bridging the gap between families in need and the compassionate care they deserve. 

At the core of Lyric’s work is a deep commitment to community engagement. He actively builds and nurtures relationships with local healthcare professionals, senior living communities, social workers, and advocacy groups throughout the Hampton Roads area. Through outreach events, partnerships, and educational initiatives, he ensures that Caring Touch remains not just a service provider—but a trusted presence within the community. 

Lyric is passionate about changing the way families experience senior care. He believes that access to quality, dependable, and dignified in-home care should never feel overwhelming or transactional. His approach is rooted in empathy, education, and connection—meeting families where they are and guiding them with compassion every step of the way. 

Known for his ability to turn meaningful connections into lasting partnerships, Lyric plays a vital role in expanding Caring Touch’s reach while maintaining the company’s family-first mission: “Let our family be your family.”
